Happy Easter all. As we all know I've been dealing with my "love of chocolate issues". I must say I've been doing very, very good (other than that delicious slice of chocolate cake). I think indulging every now and then has it's place, but once I start I want more, so I've been hardcore about not starting. Well guess what? Seeing that it's Easter and I guess I'm a good neighbor, I got not 1, but 2, yes 2 Easter baskets from neighbors filled with chocolate!!!!! One of the baskets even has doggie treats for my dog! I think that's so sweet of my neighbors. One of the baskets is from the same neighbor who sent over the chocolate cake, bless her heart! Yes People I have eaten chocolate! I will however take all the goodies to work with me tomorrow and leave them in the meeting room. I can not have these goodies in my face-no way!!!!! You hear that chocolate? Leave me alone!!!!! LOL
Other than fighting with chocolate and missing a couple of workouts because my seasonal job has started up again things are well (I would have gone to the gym today, but it was closed-Easter). I lounged around reading my Sunday paper, watching the NBA (both of my teams lost today)and eating chocolate-not to bad though. I did do a little work around the house and do a round of AB exercises so I wouldn't feel so bad about the chocolate, but let me tell you people, you can do all the ab exercises you want to, but if you are not doing any cardio to burn fat, forget it. Especially if your eating chocolate. I can not wait to work out on Tuesday. Once your body is use to exercise it will start to crave it. It will, I promise you. At least my body craves it. With my weakness for chocolate and being "forty something" my body craving exercise is a good thing!
"Happy Easter" all, go ahead and eat your chocolate, your jelly beans and your hard boiled eggs, but remember to work it off! Remember I will take any Obama stuff you have. I have an appointment to get started with phase one of the collage. I am so excited the 17th can not get here fast enough!!!!
ENJOY YOUR BLESSINGS!
