Still busy, but it's all good. I have finished the client's yard, both the back and the front. Even painted the front and back porch steps and it looks great! I've even managed to craved out some time to have my sweety pie niece this past weekend and we did a flower box and a couple of big planters on my own front porch. They are so sweet!
My decluttering project has taken a u turn. I've got news papers and magazines in a stack that I haven't been able to get to. I missed the appointment to tweak my "Obama" platforms, but for a very good reason. In all honesty I do believe we are going to have to wait until the seasonal job ends to start the "Obama" collage project. I keep feeling guilty that I haven't been able to start it yet. Timing is crucial and I want my heart & soul in the project, so we will wait until the fall. I have been able to keep up with the NBA playoffs- my favorite part of the NBA season. I am a Laker fan, but love the Celtics too. I root for the Lakers though or should I say Phil Jackson.
For the 1st time in 18 weeks no one showed up for the Ab/Core class. It was a beautiful day and I must admit, if I wasn't leading the class I probably would have skipped it too. My seasonal job is keeping busy, but I have been able to keep up my workouts. I am trying to do more weight training and a little less cardio. My biggest challenge is eating cleaner. I am eating well, still a solid B, but need to be a Bt. I have not found any comfortable shoes, they are all so "Old Ladyish" I can not see myself in those just yet. Being "forty something" is a trip. I don't feel "forty something", but another thing that keeps reminding me that I am indeed "forty something" is the need for moisture!!!! For my hair, my face, my body and other places too! I did come across a wonderful all natural product for my skin from a company called "Lush", but the "Old Lady" list keeps growing!!!! LOL!
However, life is good and I am so grateful for all the blessings in my life! Remember, treat people the way you want to be treated.
You've also been busy saving runaway dogs from certain disaster! Olivia couldn't stop crying. You were a great help, so thank you so much.
