So people. Last week was a very busy week and I missed 2 workouts. I ate poorly, not horribly, but poorly. I am back on the band wagon. I helped organize a Ab class at the gym and today was the 1st class. It went very well (yes I took it to).
That's the thing with working out. Sometimes life gets in the way and a lot of people give up on themselves. I work at a gym part-time and people tell me all the time "it's to hard" "I don't have the time" or "I can't afford to eat healthy" or this one really gets me "I don't have time to cook for myself" How can you have time for everything else, but when it comes to yourself, you don't have time to do something good for yourself. Go figure. Especially us 40 something woman. Ladies, it's never to late to start.
Theres this guy at the gym. He was well over 300 pounds and one day he just said I'm going to loose a 100 pounds. I saw him hitting the gym everyday and he lost that 100 pounds. Then he got busy and fail off the wagon and is back over 300 pounds, but you know what? He is back at the gym working out again and I am so proud of him for not giving up on himself!
