Working hard

I am working a lot, so much so I have not been able to arrange picking up my platform for my "Obama" collage until later this week and have not had the chance to look at materials other than in the news paper. I meet the woman with the other "Obama" items this weekend. I'll have a little free time.

Life is good, just busy right now. I have not had the opportunity to workout for 4 days now, but have the "ab/core class" 1st thing tomorrow morning and I am looking forward to it. The seasonal job requires a lot of flexibility, so there are stretches when I miss my workouts. This is when I really have to be dedicated to eating clean and quite honestly I have been! I am proud of myself. At "forty something" you really must make your well being a priority! You also have to make balancing a priority as well. You have to learn how to say "NO" without feeling guilty and yes, letting some phone calls go to voicemail. If I said yes to everything people ask of me there would be no end and I have missed somethings I would have liked to participate in or attend, but doing so while tired or not focused, it would be hard to enjoy myself or for others to enjoy me. I like to have a good time no matter what I'm doing so it's essentail I am well rested and well nourished. That my cup is full so I can share what's in it.

I can not believe that someone gave me a $100.00 tip! That was so sweet! Thank you. Do a good deed today. Make someone smile or just smile at someone, exercise patience and count your blessings. Don't worry so much about what cha don't have and be thankful for what cha do have!!!
